Ladies and gentlemen… introducing the newest addition to the BREAKFIRST pantry! Many of you have been asking for more loaves besides the Wholewheat Banana Bread, so I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen and behold, this new baby is born!
During the creation process, I envisioned a bread that wouldn’t require an occasion to indulge; something you can simply enjoy for breakfast.
I initially experimented with various toppings, much like the Wholewheat Banana Bread, but really, this loaf speaks for itself. The poppy seeds give a great texture to every bite, while the yoghurt keeps it moist. Cardamom adds a lovely hint of spice and pairs perfectly with the orange. All in all, it’s a pretty great loaf 😀

ORANGE CARDAMOM YOGHURT LOAF
Ingredients: Orange zest, all-natural yoghurt, organic wholewheat flour, eggs, poppy seeds, cardamom, olive oil, organic raw cane sugar, organic himalayan salt
Loaf pan dimensions: 9×5 inches
How to store:
The Orange Cardamom Yoghurt Loaf should be stored in the refrigerator on the same day of delivery to preserve freshness. If you like it warm, simply reheat for 15-30 seconds in a microwave with a mug of water and it’s ready to be enjoyed! Lasts up to 4 days refrigerated.
