Green Breakfast Smoothie

What do you do when you’re pressed for time but still want a nutritious breakfast? Make a smoothie to-go, of course! This green smoothie is quick, easy and mess-free. I know many people use spinach in their smoothies but if you don’t have any, don’t worry about it. Any greens you have on-hand will work fine too. Just blanch them in hot water for a few seconds if you’re not a big fan of raw greens (careful not to leave them in the water for too long, though!). Anti-Inflammatory Tumeric Milk

Curcumin, the yellow pigment in turmeric contains powerful anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants. I’ve been having mild allergies again the past few days, so this turmeric milk has done wonders for my body!
