Introducing the first-ever Ube with Sea Salt Cashew + Macadamia Butter. Ube (pronounced "ooh-bay"), also known as purple yam, is native to the Philippines and has a strikingly vibrant purple hue.

Our Ube with Sea Salt carefully retains all the tasting notes of ube – it is naturally nutty, fragrant, floral and subtly sweet. By combining lightly roasted cashews and macadamia nuts, we've created the perfect texture for spreading or drizzling on your favourite breakfast or dessert. Plus, the addition of premium flaky Maldon sea salt adds a satisfying burst of saltiness with a clean finish.

And as promised, we only use natural ingredients in the form of pure standardised ube extract made with real ube, without any preservatives, dyes or artificial flavourings.
