This year, we are pushing boundaries with nut butters. Introducing the first-ever, Ube with Sea Salt Cashew + Macadamia Butter. Ube (pronouced "ooh-bay"), also known as purple yam is native to the Phillipines and has a strinkingly vibrant purple hue.

Our Ube with Sea Salt carefully retains all the tasting notes of ube – it is naturally nutty, fragrant, floral and subtly sweet. By combining lightly roasted cashews and macadamia nuts, we've created the perfect texture for spreading or drizzling on your favourite breakfast or dessert. Plus, the addition of premium flaky Maldon sea salt adds a satisfying burst of saltiness with a clean finish, creating a perfect balance to the subtle sweetness of ube.
